A snapshot of what our Account Managers get up to: Setting new clients up for success, from onboarding and search setups to customising their Streem accounts. Building, maintaining, and growing strong client relationships by serving as their key contact. Running training sessions to help users master the platform (both virtually and face-to-face). Gathering feedback and working with the team to cultivate real product improvements. Spotting opportunities to ✨ WOW ✨clients, especially around big media events. Creating a range of reports, transcripts, and summaries that make media meaningful. What thriving as a Streem Account Manager involves: Strong and trusted relationships: You build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their goals, anticipating their needs, and positioning yourself as a reliable, solutions-focused partner. Strong product knowledge: You demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Streem Platform and services, confidently explaining features, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients on how to maximise value. Your knowledge enables you to provide strategic recommendations, not just operational support. Effective stakeholder management: You collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring information flows smoothly and expectations are aligned. You manage competing priorities with professionalism and communicate clearly to keep all parties informed and engaged. This role is perfect for someone with experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Corporate Customer Support who’s organised, loves working with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
