We have an exciting opportunity for a sales administrator to join our team. Reporting to our WA Sales Manager, you'll be working both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders, sales orders and internal jobs using Epicor
- Be a good team worker who will look for opportunities to streamline processes
- Establish and maintain procedures to meet the needs of our clients
About you:
- Strong experience in administration
- Ideally knowledge of using Epicor
- Self-driven, results orientated, clear focus on high quality outcomes and strong attention to detail
- Mature and comfortable dealing with internal and external customers with the ability to produce quality results under pressure
- Enjoy working in a team environment that values knowledge and sharing information
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft office with the ability to learn internal software programs
