As Marketing Coordinator, you will join Variety initially on a 12-month contract and full-time hours, with the potential opportunity to turn permanent. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging digital content and strategies to promote and support fundraising targets, successful events, and key organisational goals. This diverse and varied role means you will work closely alongside the Events, Grants and Finance teams in conjunction with external parties such as; donors, sponsors, media and suppliers. Due to the nature of this role, you must have your Working with Children Check, are eligible to work in Australia on a permanent basis and hold a current South Australian driver's licence.
The responsibilities of this role require:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Media.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media and content management systems and tools.
- A strong foundation in social media, digital platforms, and marketing best practices.
- Demonstrated experience setting and meeting deadlines, targets, and tasks.
