About the Role
The Administrative Assistant – Agile Value Management Office is responsible for administrative tasks related and contribute to the continuous improvement of core operations of the Agile Value Management Office (VMO) at UTS ITU.
The VMO plays an integral role enabling and facilitating the SAFe Lean Portfolio Management capability within ITU.
The VMO team operates as a highly cohesive Agile team within the Agile Enablement Function focusing on developing strategic partnership with technology and business leadership, ARTs and other enabling functions to optimize the flow of strategic value delivered within the IT portfolio.
The VMO helps maintain and continuously improve Agile tooling, templates and processes while supporting continuous value delivery across all ARTs.
In addition, VMO is responsible for fostering operational excellence and lean governance.
About You
As the Agile VMO Administrative Assistant, you will:
Manage, triage and assist with actioning service requests for VMO function
Assist with various admin tasks which include tracking Epic governance, documentation (user guides & processes), reporting, maintain VMO SharePoint knowledgebase, etc.
Assist in managing key portfolio events hosted by VMO such as Strategic Quarterly Portfolio Reviews, Portfolio Sync
Work with Finance on financial reconciliation and tracking capex & opex investment types
Actively participate in the rollout of new efficient ways of working within ARTs
Facilitate continuous improvement workshop to assist Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE)
Assist with change management and comms
Base Salary Range: $43-$44 per hour (HEW 2)
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the hourly rate.
