Job Description
This position provides medical services to patients under supervision in a complex clinical environment. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, communicating with healthcare professionals and families, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Key Responsibilities:
1. Admit and manage patients in the Intensive Care unit, including coordinating discharge planning and communicating with staff about patient status
2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans in consultation with senior medical staff
3. Document patient care accurately and legibly, including progress notes and discharge summaries
4. Exercise independent judgment and initiative in resolving patient care issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must possess a strong background in medicine, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is essential.
* Medical degree and relevant postgraduate training
