Job Description
* Strategic Business Development
o Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share.
o Identify high-value growth opportunities through industry analysis, market intelligence, and strategic networking.
o Lead complex negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalisation in line with commercial governance and under supervision Sales Executive
o Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and intelligence to management.
* Key Account Management
o Build, retain, and expand strong long‐term relationships with key decision‐makers and influencers.
o Conduct in‐depth needs assessments and present tailored modular and container solutions.
o Facilitate quarterly account reviews, performance feedback, and strategic planning with top‐tier clients.
o Drive customer retention, ensure service excellence, and manage risk across accounts.
* Operational Alignment & Leadership
o Collaborate with Operations and Logistics to ensure efficient deployment, installation, and lifecycle management of units.
o Oversee contract execution, service‐level adherence, and issue resolution across accounts.
o Provide guidance, insights, and feedback to internal teams to improve processes, pricing, and customer experience.
o Represent the Sales function in internal meetings, cross‐functional projects, and commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
* Matric (Essential).
* Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (strongly advantageous).
* Minimum 4–6 years proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in an Account Management or senior B2B role.
* Experience within logistics, construction, industrial products, or a similar technical solutions environment.
* Demonstrated success managing key accounts and achieving high‐value sales targets.
* Experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts.
* Strong strategic selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to design consultative, value‐based solutions.
* Ability to interpret market data, analyse opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape region.
* Fully proficient in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
