We're looking for a motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for optimising supply chain flow to step into the role of Logistics and Transport Coordinator.
This key position offers you the chance to coordinate and lead the movement of materials and products across all our manufacturing sites, ensuring everything arrives on time, safely, and cost-effectively. You'll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating closely with supply chain, production, engineering, and external partners.
What you'll do:
* Lead and coordinate transport and logistics activities that keep our manufacturing running smoothly.
* Partner with teams across the business to align logistics with production schedules and customer needs.
* Champion process improvements to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
* Oversee inventory control, stock movements, and compliance with safety standards.
* Use ERP and logistics systems to keep data accurate and drive efficient workflows.
* Solve transport and logistics challenges boldly and creatively.
About you:
* You bring 5+ years of logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Hold a forklift licence and are familiar with freight coordination and shipping documentation.
* Are highly organised, commercially savvy, and able to manage competing priorities.
* Have strong stakeholder management skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.
* Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
