Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality services, you will lead a team of hospitality workers to deliver high-quality meals to residents in line with food safety practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring and developing hospitality Aged Care Employees (ACE) Levels 1-4 consistent with their duties and responsibilities.
* Responsible for the planning, ordering and overseeing the preparation of all meals and light refreshments to ensure residents enjoy a quality food experience.
* Ensuring Food Safety documentation is complete and that all work practices meet HACCP requirements and cleaning standards are met.
Additionally, you will:
* Ensure the management and delivery of Hospitality Services meets Aged Care quality standards and is in line with organisational policies and procedures.
* Participate in the recruitment, selection and orientation of team members.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Certificate IV in Hospitality or relevant Certificate IV qualification.
* Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain).
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
