* Monday- Friday: full time hours
* $37.50 base + penalties

About the role
Our client is looking for an experienced administrative officer for a mine site based role in the Boggabri/Gunnedah region.
What you will be doing:
* Order and manage inventory of general supplies and stationery required.
* Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to management and staff members.
* Scheduling of meetings and the management of meeting rooms as required.
* Minute taking and preparation of meeting minutes for distribution as required.
* Maintain databases, spreadsheets and reports relevant to the department including data entry.
* Process weekly payroll data including the collation, verification and entering of timesheets into the Pulse Payroll System.
* Management of invoices and basic accounting tasks as required.
What you will need
* Proven experience with Microsoft Suite
* Previous administrative experience
* Current Order 43 medical or willingness to obtain
* Must be willing to undergo and pass a drug and alcohol test
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliability on attendance
* Ability to work with other team members
