Digital Brand and Marketing Manager
eNurse, Australia’s leading scrub and nursing education retailer, is seeking a Digital Brand and Marketing Manager to help grow the eNurse business.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for driving our marketing and digital strategy, as well as creating the content to support it.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Work with the Operations Manager to develop a marketing calendar that truly reflects the eNurse brand.
2. Create, design, and deliver visually impactful assets for social media, websites, blogs, eDMs, and digital campaigns, ensuring our content remains fresh and consistent across all touchpoints.
3. Manage paid and organic SEM and social media marketing across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
4. Execute our marketing schedule across eDMs and social media channels.
5. Grow brand followers and deliver measurable growth in sales via social media.
6. Collaborate with brand ambassadors to expand the eNurse brand across their platforms.
7. Build out brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistent messaging.
8. Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign successes and areas for improvement.
Working within a small team and reporting to the Operations Manager, our ideal candidate has a broad skill set across marketing, branding, and design. You should have experience creating assets and driving digital campaigns that excite audiences. Managing Google Ads and social media advertising is essential.
This role is full-time and onsite at our eNurse office in Tingalpa, with flexible working hours available for the right candidate.
