Step into a pivotal leadership role and shape the future of the profession in Canberra. CA ANZ is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our ACT operations and drive impactful engagement across the region.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Regional Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of strengthening CA ANZ’s presence in ACT. Based in Canberra, this is a permanent, full‑time role where you’ll lead a high‑performing team, manage key employer accounts, and deliver high‑quality events and initiatives that amplify member value. This role is pivotal in driving CPD and membership growth, overseeing regional governance, and ensuring operational excellence.


Key responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategic regional engagement plan.
* Lead account management and deliver on CPD and membership sales targets.
* Manage local governance groups including the ACT Regional Council.
* Deliver high‑impact member events and community initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with members, employers, and strategic partners.
* Oversee Canberra office operations, including budget and facilities.
* Champion workplace health and safety across the region.
* Provide actionable regional insights to inform strategy and advocacy.


ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role you will bring :

* Extensive senior leadership experience with a passion for team development and engagement.
* Experience in account management or business development.
* Strong emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
* Strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery capability.
* Confidence in using digital tools and data to enhance engagement.
* Ability to influence and align stakeholders across varying levels.
* Experience working within a professional membership body or similar stakeholder environment highly regarded.
