Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing and implementing a support protocol for staff affected by critical incidents and occupational violence and aggression.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop a Critical Incident Response process
* Provide high-level specialist analysis and expertise to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of operational policies, procedures and protocols
Key Requirements
* Experience or relevant tertiary study in project management, stakeholder engagement and change management
