Rapid Auto Repair is a well-established, fast paced automotive repair workshop in Goulburn, servicing a strong local customer base as well as out-of-town motorists. We work on all makes of vehicles and offer Servicing, diagnostics, air conditioning, brake and clutch repairs, electrical repairs, tyres and registration inspections.

About the Role
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week across five days, with participation in a rotating Saturday roster.
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop. This is a critical role that requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with the Manager, Workshop Foreman, and technicians to ensure repairs are accurately quoted, authorized, scheduled, and completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage customer enquiries in person and over the phone
· Book vehicles and create accurate job cards
· Prepare, explain, and obtain approval for repair quotes
· Ordering parts accurately
· Liaise with technicians regarding job progress, parts, and timeframes
· Provide clear and timely updates to customers
· Manage invoicing and vehicle handovers
· Handle customer concerns professionally
· Maintain accurate records within workshop management systems
About You
· Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive/customer service role (preferred)
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to explain technical information in a clear, practical manner
· Well organized, reliable, and capable of working under pressure
· High attention to detail
· Confident and professional approach when dealing with customers
· Automotive industry knowledge is highly regarded but not essential
