Accounts Payable Team Lead - 6 Month FTC | D365 | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead for a 6-month fixed term contract with a well-established, fast-paced organisation in Melbourne. This role has become available following a recent ERP implementation (Microsoft D365) and requires a hands‐on leader to support the team through a busy period.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and support a small Accounts Payable team in daily operations
* Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution
* Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within deadlines
* Support post-ERP implementation processes and improvements
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* Assist with audit, compliance, and month‐end requirements
* Drive process improvements and support standardisation of AP procedures
About you:
* Proven experience as an AP Team Lead / AP Supervisor / Senior AP
* Strong Microsoft D365 experience is essential
* Background in high-volume invoice processing environments
* Comfortable being hands‐on while leading a small team
* Strong reconciliation and vendor query experience
* Able to start at short notice or immediately available
