About the Role
The Orthopaedic Specialist will provide and support minimally invasive surgical solutions to surgeons, patients, and hospitals.
This role requires a sales-focused professional with a proven record of surgeon conversions and a growth mindset. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and comfortable working in a theatre environment, with relevant experience in Orthopaedic procedures (joint, hip, shoulder), medical device experience, and knowledge of anatomy and physiology focused on the musculoskeletal system.
* Maintain current knowledge of the ANZ healthcare landscape, surgery, and surgical device trends in both the public and private hospital system.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and hospital personnel within the assigned state.
* Create effective strategic sales plans with sound implementation tactics.
* Implement and support educational programs that enhance clinical care.
* Exceed customers' expectations while growing your business by upholding and enhancing the company culture and brand.
