These interactions will form a daily part of your responsibilities and are essential to delivering a seamless customer journey.


Your Role

A critical element of this position is supporting our Service Advisors to provide outstanding customer care and acting as the vital link between our customers and the workshop.

You will keep customers informed throughout their vehicle service, address any questions they may have, and liaise closely with technicians and workshop control to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completion.

This fast-paced environment prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. You'll build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and deliver a professional experience at all times.
As Syner Trainee Service Advisors work varied flexible patterns including weekends to guarantee exceptional levels of service
