We're growing, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our peachy crew.
This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role for someone who loves strategy and execution and thrives in a fast-moving agency environment.
The role
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and driving marketing outcomes for a portfolio of clients, primarily MSPs and technology businesses. You'll work closely with clients to develop smart, tailored marketing plans, then collaborate with our internal team to bring campaigns and deliverables to life.
What you'll be doing
* Acting as the primary marketing contact for assigned clients
* Working closely with the CEO to deliver value to clients
* Developing clear, strategic marketing plans aligned to client growth goals
* Leading multi-channel campaigns across:
* Content & SEO
* Social media
* Email marketing
* Websites & landing pages
* Digital campaigns
* Events
* Working closely with designers, copywriters and coordinators to execute campaigns
* Identifying opportunities for optimisation, new ideas and campaign improvements
* Reviewing performance data and reporting on what's working, what's not, and why
* Contributing to internal processes, templates and marketing standards as we scale
What we're looking for
Experience
* 5+ years' experience in a marketing role (agency experience strongly preferred)
* B2B experience essential
* Experience in IT, MSP or cyber security marketing is a big bonus, but not mandatory
Skills & strengths
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong multi-channel marketing experience
* Experience with tools and platforms such as Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Click Up, Notion, Wordpress, GA4, or similar
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities
* Strategic thinker who can translate ideas into action
* Confident working directly with clients and leading discussions
* Comfortable analysing performance data and turning insights into improvements
* Event coordination experience is a bonus
