ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a skilled administrator to support our expanding and transforming Quality Review Program. You'll play a vital role in upholding the integrity of the Chartered Accountant designation by ensuring our members and reviewers receive high-quality support throughout the review process.
Key responsibilities:
* Prepare, manage, and document correspondence regarding reviews
* Liaise with stakeholders via phone and email to ensure smooth progress of reviews
* Respond professionally to queries and escalate issues as needed
* Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure timely completion of reviews
* Provide general administrative support including travel arrangements, training sessions, and processing payments/invoices
ABOUT YOU
You are an exceptional communicator, displaying a proactive and detail-oriented approach to your tasks. You exhibit high levels of organisation and efficiency. A true team player, you are eager to learn and contribute, while still being able to work independently. To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Prior administration experience
* Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
* Ability to work within established processes while remaining adaptable
* Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
* Experience in using a CRM system (desired)
* Accounting background (desired)
