Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Educator to join our team. As a leader in early childhood education, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
* Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
