About This Opportunity
The Invisalign Practice Development Manager (PDM) will generate sales through existing and new customers in their territory, primarily Orthodontists. The role involves educational workshops, trade shows, and promoting Invisalign products.
In this role, you will…
* Provide high-quality service to customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and orders.
* Manage existing customer relationships and seek new opportunities.
* Drive practice growth through participation in Growth Programs.
* Complete administrative tasks accurately and daily.
* Use CRM tools for strategic planning and tracking activities.
* Maintain product and clinical knowledge of Invisalign offerings.
* Promote Invisalign and iTero benefits to practices, collaborating with sales teams.
* Participate in meetings, conferences, and trade shows to enhance Invisalign’s profile.
* Manage travel and entertainment expenses responsibly.
* Organize training days, trade shows, and promotional events.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
* Represent Invisalign professionally and consider diverse perspectives.
Key Performance Indicators
* Achieve quarterly sales targets.
* Meet minimum daily customer visit goals.
* Update CRM daily.
* Meet iTero sales targets within the territory.
* Retain and develop key accounts.
* Accurately record customer data.
* Report tasks and results timely to the sales manager.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent experience.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Experience in Orthodontic, Dental, or Medical fields preferred.
* Sales or marketing background advantageous.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, PowerPoint.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage territory autonomously.
* Strong sales drive and negotiation skills.
* Deep industry knowledge of Orthodontics/Dentistry.
