**The Company**:
Our client is an established, privately owned property landlord that own and operate properties across Australia. They continue to grow the portfolio each year and have excellent tenure amongst their team.
**The Role**:
A fantastic opportunity is on offer for someone who is looking to step into an exciting Centre Manager position with a growing landlord. Experience as a Retail Manager or similar is highly regarded, therefore having a basic understanding of rents, leases, arrears and day-to-day property management.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing budgets for the assets
- Building strong relationships with the local community and other stakeholders
- Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers
- Identifying leasing opportunities
- Financial Management including forecasting and ensuring financial targets are met
- Managing debtors
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Leading the Centre Management team
- Reviewing and analysing centre performance
Outstanding negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills are a necessity. Most importantly you must have exceptional communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with retailers and external stakeholders.
