The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Manager should have: Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the Life Sciences / Environmental industry.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
A valid driver's licence for travel to client meetings in Sydney and surrounding areas.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
