We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Security Professional to fulfill our Night Monitoring needs.
Job Responsibilities
* Continuously monitor staff welfare systems, escalating concerns in accordance with standard operating procedures
* Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls, maintaining professionalism at all times
* Respond promptly to alarms, dispatch guards as needed, and manage bookings efficiently
* Educate clients on security events and acknowledge emails in a timely manner
* Maintain video alarm activity monitoring, adhering to site-specific protocols
* Provide seamless access control and remote arming services
* Arrange emergency technicians during off-hours
* Ensure shift coverage and accommodate drop shifts
* Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements through thorough task execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Hold a 1E Security License (obtaining if not currently held)
* Prior experience in security, operations, or customer-facing roles
* High computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
* Ability to work under pressure and independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset
* Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver on expectations
