IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team.
* This role involves providing expert technical support services, both in person and virtually via email, phone, and MS Teams.
* You will be responsible for installing and resolving software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure issues.
* A certification in ITIL V3 is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in incident, problem, and risk management practices is essential.
* You will be diligent in logging and updating ITSM tickets and records.
* Your focus will be on delivering high-quality customer service.
* You will support the Microsoft M365 application suite and legacy Microsoft applications.
* You will also provide guidance on legacy and bespoke software platforms.
* Regularly performing moves, adds, and changes (MACs) is a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Requirements:
* Australian citizenship.
* NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
