As our brands continue to grow locally and internationally, we're looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant Manager to help manage production and logistics across our supply chain.
This role is perfect for moms returning to the fashion industry seeking flexible hours, or students with previous overseas experience looking to re-enter the industry in a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment.
About the Role:
You'll support our end-to-end production and operations process - from purchase orders and supplier coordination to inventory control and 3PL logistics. You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate production timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules
* Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time shipments
* Maintain accurate data in Excel, Cin7, Shopify, and other internal systems
* Track inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and report on stock movements
* Assist with logistics planning, import/export documentation, and order tracking
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Planning, and System Analytics teams to ensure smooth operations and balanced inventory across all 3PLs
* Support product cost tracking, production reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in operations, logistics, or production (fashion preferred)
* Strong Excel skills (data management, formulas, pivot tables)
* Understanding of inventory and order management systems (Cin7 or similar)
* Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Available 16–24 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
