The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team. Based preferably in Brisbane, this full-time role reports to our Project Manager and plays a key part in maintaining our venues across South East Queensland including sites from Logan to the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and carpentry
* Respond to and manage maintenance requests using our internal reporting system
* Prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks across various locations
* Maintain a clean and professional work environment and appearance
* Build positive working relationships with venue teams
This is a Brisbane-based role servicing sites from Logan to the Sunshine Coast. You will be provided with a fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card to support your travel between venues.
About You
* Minimum of two years experience in a maintenance or repairs role
* Competent with a range of hand and power tools (tools supplied)
* Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, outdoor work and regular travel
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills
* Current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one before commencement
