Key Sales Position
We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW.
* The ideal candidate will be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
Sales Responsibilities
* Proactively hunt for new business across target markets, including construction, trades, transport, logistics, engineering, healthcare, IT, cybersecurity, and more.
* Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, inbound enquiries, referrals, LinkedIn, networking – if it moves, you're qualifying it.
* Run sharp, value-packed sales calls and presentations with owners, directors, and decision-makers.
* Negotiate with confidence and close deals in line with commercial goals.
Client Relationship Management
* Maintain regular contact with prospects and clients – build genuine rapport, not robotic follow-ups.
* Log all key conversations, notes, and next steps in the CRM so nothing slips through the cracks.
Rhythm, Reporting & Housekeeping
* Meet individual sales targets and help drive revenue growth for the team.
* Keep your pipeline clean and accurate – update deals, stages, and activities in the CRM like a pro.
* Provide simple, clear weekly and monthly updates on pipeline, wins, and upcoming opportunities.
