Project Manager (Finance Transformation & LMS)
* 6-Month CONTRACT with potential extension
* Hybrid working arrangement (Northern Suburbs, Perth)
* Daily rate: $1,000 (inc. Super)
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver two concurrent initiatives: a Finance Transformation program and a Learning Management System (LMS) implementation. This is a full-time CONTRACT role where you will split your focus across both projects, ensuring successful outcomes from discovery through delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Lead the scoping and planning of the Finance Transformation program.
* Develop and maintain the project schedule and integrated plan.
* Oversee delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and resources are aligned.
* Manage stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology teams.
* Drive the LMS project through discovery, design, and planning phases.
* Build a strong business case, aligning with organisational objectives.
* Manage the RFP process and vendor engagement.
* Ensure seamless transition from planning into implementation.
* Provide clear reporting and governance updates to senior leadership.
* Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.

* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering both Finance Transformation and LMS implementation projects.
* Strong track record in scoping, scheduling, and managing complex project plans.
* Skilled in business case development, RFP management, and vendor selection.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical teams.
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across two major initiatives.
* Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) will be highly regarded.
