JELD-WEN Glass is one of the most sophisticated glass processing plants in the world today. Opening in 2006, in Victoria, providing other JELD-WEN businesses such as Stegbar, Regency, and Airlite with toughened, shaped, cut, drilled, and polished glass.
In 2017, a brand current fully-automated factory was opened at Stapylton in Queensland. This factory is a high-tech glass processing plant with a wide range of capabilities including, cutting, polishing, cut-out processing, toughening, painting and nano coating.
We are now looking for a **Customer Service Representative **at this facility in a **full-time permanent** basis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter orders into the system and work within specified timelines & procedures. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Manual data/order entry
- CAD drawings
- Actively communicating with customers, sales representatives and production personnel for any order related matters
- Resolve problems relating to incomplete order information.
- To co-operate and assist all departments in achieving the business goal of 100% Production Completion/Delivery performance
**About You**
- Excellent customer service ethicComputer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as work autonomously
- CAD drawing & glass industry experience (highly desirable)
