Associate Director – Data & Major Programs
We're seeking a senior delivery leader to oversee a major NSW-Government data & analytics uplift program. This role leads complex, multi‐stream digital projects, establishes new enterprise services, and ensures successful transition into operations. The role pays $1250 – $1300 + GST per month.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of large, interdependent digital/data projects.
* Establish new enterprise services, ensuring operational readiness.
* Drive procurement, vendor management, and commercial oversight.
* Manage governance, reporting, risks, and cross‐program dependencies.
* Build strong relationships with executives, delivery teams, and partners.
* Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Bring
* Experience delivering major digital/data or government transformation projects.
* Strong capability in service establishment, operational readiness, and vendor management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proven ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
Requirements
* Australian Citizen / PR / NZ Citizen
* Able to complete Police Check + Baseline Clearance
* Two professional references
