Aspire Early Education is seeking a qualified and VIT-registered Kindergarten Teacher to join our Rockbank Village Centre.
In this unique role, you will be based as an educator in our 2-year-old room, while also providing planning time coverage and relief support within our funded Kindergarten programs. This position is ideal for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher who enjoys working across age groups and contributing to high-quality learning environments throughout the centre.

The Opportunity
As part of our team at Rockbank Village, you will:
* Work as an educator in our 2-year-old room, supporting daily learning experiences and routines
* Provide ECT planning time coverage within our Kindergarten programs
* Support absence and leave cover within our Kindergarten rooms when required
* Contribute to a high-quality, play‐based curriculum aligned with the EYLF
* Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and educators
* Support inclusive practices and strategies for children with additional needs
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
About You
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‐approved equivalent
* Current VIT registration (provisional or full) – essential
* Experience delivering or supporting funded kindergarten programs
* Confident working across multiple age groups
* Strong understanding of EYLF, curriculum planning, and quality standards
* Flexible, collaborative, and supportive team member
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
