Overview
ATC Work Smart is a well-established Registered Training Organisation that provides nationally accredited and non-accredited courses from the Great Southern to the Midwest. Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an organised and passionate Training Coordinator to join our superstar RTO team in Bunbury. This role is responsible for managing the training schedules and timetabling of the RTO as well as ensuring key activities and functions of student commencement, reporting and operational support. The Training Coordinator helps ensure trainers and assessors have the resources and support to achieve their goals. The position is available immediately and offered on a full time basis.
Key responsibilities
* Provide high level of customer service when responding to students, trainers and clients
* End to end management of training schedules and timetabling
* End to end management of withdrawals, cancellations and completions
* Create new courses in the student management system
* Follow the RTO's enrolment processes and ensure documentation is received in a timely manner
* Oversee student enrolments
* Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
* Coordinate client requests for training including preparing quotes
* Prepare timely reports for management
* Ensure off-site training is safe with adequate facilities and inform trainers of site details, including any inductions required
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Provide support and assistance (where required) for RTO administration staff
* Undertake additional duties within the scope of the training coordinator role as required
About you
* Proven work experience as an RTO Training Coordinator, Trainer, Administrator or similar role
* Advanced organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office
* Ability to work and meet deadlines
* Ability to work effectively with clients, students and trainers to foster a positive organisational culture
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive and ability to use initiative
Highly desirable
* Good understanding of the VET sector
* Knowledge of traineeships
* Experience using Axcelerate, Medical or health software
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
