Project Coordinator Role
Delivering 4 Customers is a consortium of industry leading organisations, partnered with Sydney Water to deliver services across the southern region.
* Support construction teams to execute projects within established timeframes, cost parameters, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Establish project programs to achieve desired outcomes with available plant, labour, materials, and resources.
* Monitor costs, invoices, and claims for assigned projects.
* Contribute to the constructability of projects during design development phases.
* Evaluate tenders and award subcontract procurement packages.
* Track equipment and material quantities against drawings and specifications.
* Analyse document and record management, progress, and project performance reporting.
* Manage work and performance of subcontractors and self-perform workforce.
* Collaborate with external parties and statutory authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, or equivalent.
* Minimum 5-10 years' experience in engineering roles.
* NSW Driver's Licence.
* White Card Certification.
