We facilitate supportive environments where individuals can share experiences, empowering them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
Social and psychological wellbeing are improved through our support groups, reducing isolation and forming new friendships.
Volunteers receive comprehensive training, supervision, and ongoing support to ensure success in this role.
This position requires approximately 3-4 hours per month for group facilitation, with additional time for planning and liaison.
