Customer Success Specialist Opportunity

Your role will be to build strong relationships with customers, offer expert advice, and provide a consultative approach to service. Your focus will be on ensuring customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving team sales targets.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your daily tasks will include generating sales, ensuring success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, performing day-to-day administration tasks, and maintaining the overall look for the store.
The Ideal Candidate
* Must have experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
* Must have experience or a passion for learning about colour selections for tiles/bathroom ware and new builds
* Must have proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Must have merchandising and social media experience
* Must be technology savvy with strong administrative skills
* Must have a mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
* Must have good rapport-building and influencing skills
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
