Responsibilities: Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise) Day to day servicing and maintenance. Configuration of security systems hardware and software Diagnoses Fault and repairs on security Head end systems Software load and Configuration of EBI / DVM Systems. Small to Medium project installations including managing Subcontractors. Financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans. Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Team Leader Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed Key Experience & Capabilities: Experience as Service Technician customer facing and/or similar related - preferred. Electrical experience: - Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching. Commitment to customer satisfaction Good communication - both verbal and written Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision. An ability to work under pressure. A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment. Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance Valid driver's licence Ability to be on call, work a rotating roster when required.
