Service and grow a defined portfolio of existing clients, support with execution of new business strategies and will be a key part of business growth projects and implementation.
We are seeking an aspirational broker looking to grow their skills in a progressive culture, supported closely by experienced client managers and leadership, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth.
What the day will look like
* End to end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients
* Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio
* Build strong relationship with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
* Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies
* Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims
* Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing
Skills and experience that will lead to success
* Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking)
* Outstanding communication and relationship management
* Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded)
* Servicing and growing an existing client portfolio
* Attention to detail
* Thrives in a learning & growth environment
* Basic technical insurance skills (highly regarded)
