Key Account Manager Job Description
This role will be driving sustainable sales growth across retail and on-premise channels, managing key customer relationships and leading a small team.
The focus is on strategic account development, brand visibility, and execution excellence.
* Develop and execute strategic growth plans in line with commercial objectives.
* Build strong relationships with banner groups, MSOs, and hospitality ownership groups to drive brand visibility and availability.
* Lead and coach a team of Key Account Executives, fostering high performance and execution excellence.
* Negotiate and manage joint business plans, promotional activity, and new product launches to optimise portfolio performance.
* Provide market insights and customer intelligence to inform internal strategy and decision-making.
* Ensure accurate forecasting, investment tracking, and delivery of customer commitments.
* Represent the brand at trade and events, delivering premium experiences and advocating for the brand with professionalism and passion.
