Description
As an Accounts Payable Lead, you will support the AP Manager in overseeing day to day operations within a fast paced, high volume AP environment. You will lead and mentor team members, manage escalations, partner with key stakeholders and drive process improvements across the function.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, supporting and developing a team of AP Officers
* Managing workflow, priorities and performance across a large AP function
* Handling complex supplier queries and escalations
* Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Contributing to system enhancement projects and process optimisation
* Collaborating with stakeholders across finance and operations
* Supporting the AP Manager with reporting, team performance and operational delivery
