Our client is an established equipment and turnkey solution supplier in the FMCG industry. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site delivery of installation and relocation projects across Australia.
This is a hands-on, site-focused role responsible for supervising contractors, coordinating resources, managing safety and documentation, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers during installation works. There are no direct reports, although you will have the ability to select your preferred contractors - your impact comes from controlling the site, the contractors, and the outcome. Projects typically run 3–4 weeks, with multiple jobs live at once. Depending on location, travel will be required.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site activities for packaging and palletising equipment installs
Act as the main site contact for the client
Coordinate contractors, cranes, transport, access equipment and tooling
Oversee mechanical installation, testing and commissioning
Manage site safety, inductions, permits and compliance
Track site costs and paperwork in line with project budgets
Be first on site and last to leave, ensuring works are completed correctly

Palletisers systems
RoRo docks
Packers, labellers and associated packaging equipment
About you:
10+ years industry experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or site coordination role
Strong background supervising industrial or manufacturing installation projects
Mechanical trade (preferred) or electrical trade with strong mechanical aptitude
Solid experience with conveyors, palletisers or similar automated equipment
Comfortable managing contractors and client relationships on site
Organised, disciplined with paperwork, and confident under pressure
This role suits someone who enjoys running projects from the ground, being amongst the action and delivering quality work for customers. This is not a desk based role and requires someone who is keen to be hands on.
