What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Case Management professional with strong knowledge of Employment Programs. However, we are also open to candidates who are new to the industry but demonstrate a genuine commitment to learning and supporting First Nations participants.
Key Qualifications:
•Proven ability to build strong, supportive relationships with customers through coaching, mentoring, and effective case management.
•Skilled in monitoring and enhancing performance to meet and exceed organisational and contractual KPIs, with a proactive approach to addressing
improvement areas.
•Demonstrated success in case management and mentoring, including identifying training needs and providing targeted guidance.
•Track record of generating leads and securing employment outcomes aligned with customer skills and abilities.
•Expertise in analysing job requirements and delivering customised support to meet individual customer needs.
•Proficient in leading small groups with a strong track record of successful facilitation.
•Ability to work closely with leaders and colleagues, offering clear communication, feedback, and guidance.
• Accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including evidence gathering, claim submissions, and schedule management.
•Advanced skills in computer systems and technology.
•Natural ability to build effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
About You:
•Current C Class Driver's License
•Valid Working with Children Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one)
•Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, honouring traditional cultures and values.
•Effective Communicator: Proven ability to engage and collaborate with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
