Requirements:
* At least 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles managing national retail accounts across the DIY, home improvement, and consumer electronics sectors.
* A proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share within major Australian retail chains, such as Bunnings, Mitre 10, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, and The Good Guys.
* Strong negotiation, contract management, and pricing strategies skills, with experience in trade marketing and promotional planning.
