Seashells Scarborough is looking for a self-motivated casual front office receptionist to work approximately 2-4 days per week and holiday coverage.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of front office or reception experience in hospitality is essential.
- Strong initiative and commitment to working within a team environment and providing exceptional customer service.
- Great communication skills; personal, emails & telephone.
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (RMS) preferred.
- High level organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Flexibility: weekends and full-time availability over Dec/Jan school holidays are essential.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proven customer service experience in hospitality or tourism, with the successful applicant showing strong initiative and commitment to working within a small team environment.
- This position would suit someone with a keen interest in the hospitality industry. Applicants must have eligibility to work in Australia and be available for versatile shifts between 8 am-4 pm weekdays and 9 am-3 pm weekends/public holidays.
