Curation means selecting with care, understanding what belongs in someone's world, and helping them see it too. That is what you do every time a customer walks through the door. Day to day, you will be: Welcoming customers in a way that makes them feel expected, not processed Asking questions that go beyond the transaction to understand how people actually live Making thoughtful, genuine product recommendations based on real listening Introducing complementary products naturally as part of the conversation Taking pride in store presentation, visual standards and product placement Managing stock, inventory and systems with care and accuracy Staying informed, showing up prepared and contributing to the team around you This role is an opportunity to do retail differently.
