Salary Grade - $99,938 - $110,271 base plus super
Employment - Temporary role for up to 11 months with possibility of extension

About the Role
We are currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Content Designer who will be responsible for the design and coordination of customer communications to ensure service delivery outcomes are achieved. We support flexible working practices with staff working remotely during this time.
In this role you will:
* Coordinate and support with notification templates, rules and artefacts to ensure customer communications comply with standards, frameworks and external communication guidelines
* Maintain notifications/ customer content processes, user stories and business rules for the development of customer notifications to ensure optimal service delivery
* Support suppliers to ensure key performance indicators and agreed targets are met
About you
You will be a critical part of ensuring that every NSW citizen can have a positive experience accessing the services we provide.
You enjoy research and understand the importance of gathering and analysing data to develop user friendly content and accessibility.
You are collaborative and enjoy working in a fast paced ever changing environment.
You have experience in digital content design and have knowledge across multiple design principles.
