This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vital role near live power lines while ensuring both safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Code of Practice for personnel electrical safety when working around live power lines.
Quality Assurance: Deliver work that meets contractual obligations, company standards, and customer expectations.
SafetyAwareness: Actively maintain compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, ensuring all tasks are completed in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.
Hazard Identification & Action: Proactively identify hazards and stop work if any uncontrolled risks are present, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
Supervisor Support: Collaborate with supervisors to ensure all work meets high-quality standards and customer specifications.
Health & Safety Responsibility: Take personal responsibility for your health and safety, as well as the well-being of your colleagues on site.
Professionalism & Housekeeping: Maintain a high level of professionalism in your work and appearance while ensuring that the site remains clean and organized.
Pre-start Equipment Checks: Conduct thorough pre-start checks on all vehicles, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe operations on-site.

Experience & Qualifications
First Aid / CPR Certification
Construction White Card
Cert II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control (UET*****)
EDD – UETTDRRF08 / EWP Rescue – UETDRRF002
Chainsaw Ticket
