Tropical Produce Harvesting Specialist

* Support the cultivation of a wide range of tropical fruits.
* Carry out routine tasks as directed by the farm manager.
* Operate agricultural equipment and machinery to complete tasks such as slashing, fertiliser application, herbicide, and pesticide use.
* Maintain harvested produce transportation across the farm.
* Sort, grade, and pack tropical fruits.
* Maintenance and repair of irrigation systems and sprinklers.
* Grafting fruit trees and caring for them in the nursery.
* Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attending meetings with the farm manager to receive assigned tasks.
* Preparing and collecting equipment for daily use.
* Completing any pre-use machinery checklists.
* Loading packed produce and transporting it to freight depots and market outlets.

Essential Requirements:

* A minimum of one year's relevant work experience.
