About the Role

The Bricks & Clicks and Emerging National Account Manager is responsible for owning the digital strategy and delivery for prioritised Nationals customers and developing emerging Digital Commerce customers in the On-Demand space.

The Digital Commerce team are responsible for winning online shoppers purchases through delivering best digital commerce experience across Bricks & Clicks customers and On-Demand customers.

What does this role look like for you?

As a National Account Manager, you will need to work within our SoA to authorise investment into Digital activities as well as to review M&E; to settle return on investment of activity. Recommendations on how to unlock Digital Commerce growth opportunities with B&C; scaled customers in partnership with National Business Managers for accounts. Recommendations to develop emerging channels in the B&C; (Marketplace & Data Rewards) and On-Demand space.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead implementation of B&C; strategy servicing the National accounts via strong understanding of customer platforms and delivering solutions to optimize Diageo’s performance and owning day to day digital B&C; customer relationships!

Collaborate, inform and influence cross functional teams to drive Digital Commerce objectives including commercial, marketing, category & shopper.

Own, report and analyze digital sales performance and monitor competitor activity.

Partnering with the wider Digital Hub to ensure commercial priorities are reflected in performance marketing and media plans, test & learn agendas and retail media strategies. Act as a digital consult to the Shopper Marketing teams to deliver exceptional end to end shopper experiences.

You’ll be responsible for the development and growth of emerging Digital Commerce channels (such as On-Demand), as well as researching digital trends and market insights to inform strategic direction.

Run the syndication, auditing and maintenance of digital content to ensure Diageo brands show up best in class across retailer websites. Upskill and support brand teams to drive standard process digital content creation.

Lead the Digital Shelf measurement tool to track Key Performance Indicator’s such as search performance, product availability and content readiness. Provide optimization recommendations based on opportunities identified through the data generated.
