Senior Commercial and Contracts Manager
This is a key leadership role for a commercially savvy professional with contractor-side experience on major construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commercial strategy and execution across several concurrent projects
* Oversee head contract compliance, notices, variations, EOTs, and remeasurement claims
* Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals
* Support project teams with contract interpretation, risk management, and commercial decision-making
* Administer and negotiate subcontract agreements through to closeout
* Align commercial reporting with cost control and forecasting processes
Role Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in law, QS, engineering or construction management
* 5+ years in a senior commercial/contracts role on the contractor side
* Strong claims, negotiation, and contract administration experience
* Solid grasp of project controls, forecasting, and cashflow
* Effective communicator and team leader, confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders
