**Gibney** is looking for experienced Section Waiters with wine knowledge or Sommeliers to join the front of house team. The sophisticated brasserie-grill overlooking the coastline of South Cottesloe is in its second year of trade, with accolades across the board including, 2025 WAGFG Restaurant of the Year, Wine List of the Year, Sommelier of the Year AND Bartender of the Year.
You will work alongside an established team of professionals who are passionate about our industry and proud to be a part of the Gibney experience. With regular training sessions covering all facets of the industry, this is a great opportunity for professional development and to rub shoulders with some industry guns.

**What we need from you?**
- Two years' experience in a similar role
- Formal training or working towards - WSET or Court of Master Sommelier
- Passionate about growing their knowledge and service skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player
- RSA and Food Safety Certificate
- Weekend and Evening availability
